Despite living in London for over three years now, I’ve not actually seen a lot of it. A couple of weeks ago I decided to visit God’s Own Junkyard in Walthamstow (mainly for the pretty pictures, I won’t lie). I’ve had a bit of a down period on the blog recently so I thought I’d share said pictures as a way of getting back into the swing of things.
For anyone who’s never been to God’s Own Junkyard, it’s basically a massive collection of neon lights on display and it is beautiful. It’s cool to wander around and think about where certain signs may have come from, and how they ended up in Northeast London. It’s also very pink, which is a winner in my books.
I hope you enjoyed this little look into God’s Own Junkyard. I’m not gonna lie, I’m really struggling with content at the moment. My new job involves writing content every day, and to be honest when I get home it’s the last thing I want to do. I’m going to try and stick to one post a week for the time being, in hope that it’ll make it easier to stick to some sort of schedule. I’m still pretty active on Twitter and Instagram though so you can always keep up to date if you’re interested.
Have you ever been to God’s Own Junkyard? I’d love to see your pictures!
