First off I decided to get the small Fireside Treats jar. I actually thought that the smallest size they did was the medium, so I’m a bit disappointed it’s such a little jar, but at £5.99 it’s not a bad deal – I’ll just remember I want a medium in the future! I absolutely love this scent as it just smells like marshmallows and genuinely reminds me of sitting around the fire at Christmas, so it’s perfect for this time of year!
Sugared Apple is new to me and I guess I’d describe it as an overly sweet smelling apple. It’s quite strong but it compliments Fireside Treats really well. I don’t know if I’ll burn these together often purely because I’d like to save them a bit but they’re definitely complimentary of each other, and Sugared Apple is another very seasonal scent.
I’m pretty sure both of these candles are available all year round, and I was toying with the idea of getting one of the festive sampler boxes but I can’t decide! Maybe when Sugared Apple runs out I’ll have a cheeky pop back to Clinton’s to smell all the festive ones so I can make up my mind.
I hope you enjoyed this post, what’s your favourite Yankee candle?
