I’m sure we all have blogging milestones that we never expected to reach. When I started this blog in my first year of uni, I never thought I’d stick with it for as long as I have. Yet three years on I’m still here, still making content and trying to be the best I can be. In the past year I’ve started taking my blog a lot more seriously and I’ve been loving it more than ever.
I’m still not quite sure where I want to go with Lazy Thoughts, I change my mind on a regular basis about how much personal stuff I want on here when my best performing posts are ones that do well on Pinterest and Twitter. All my top blog posts are centred around bullet journalling, which is quite funny considering I only started mine in April this year, but I want to carry on making content that I’m proud of and that others enjoy too. It’s been an exciting time of growth for my little part of the internet, and I’m looking forward to working on that even more in the coming year. Hopefully I’ll grow into my voice and my style even more and really smash this next year.
To everyone who reads my blog, I just want to say a massive thank you. The comments, the conversations on Twitter, the shares on Pinterest, I’m so grateful for everything. I’m hoping to run my first giveaway soon as a bit of a thank you; probably with some bujo stuff and a couple of things I’ve picked up through blogging. I’ve always been a bit worried that giveaways have just become a means of getting more followers, but actually I just want to give something back and a giveaway seems like a good way of doing that.
I think this is turning into a bit of a ramble so I’ll leave it there. Thank you for sticking around, and here’s to the next three years!
